Proper position

  • Lie on your back.
  • Place one foot on the floor and the other on your knee.

Movement and breathing

  • Contract your abdominal muscles by lifting your head to the side of your bent leg, inhale deeply.
  • Exhale as you lift your upper body, keeping your head and neck relaxed.
  • Inhale and return to the starting position.
