Instructions

Proper position

  • Get into the pump position on tiptoe, legs and arms straight.
  • Your body should be straight and gaunt (legs/buttocks/back/head alignment). 

Movement

  • Bending your right leg, bring your right knee close to your right elbow under your chest, without touching your foot to the floor.  
  • In an explosive movement, reverse the position with your left leg.
