Proper position
- Incline the bench between 30 and 45 degrees.
- Adjust the seat height so that the bar is above your eyes.
- Grip the dumbbells with your hands pronated, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and keep your arms straight.
- Keep your feet on the floor, shoulder-width apart, with your knees at a right angle.
Movement
- Lower your arms into a forearm curl, placing the dumbbells at the upper part of your sternum.
- Raise your arms horizontally by performing a forearm extension.
Breathing
- Inhale while bending.
- Expires during expansion.
